To make the process as smooth as possible, we require the following for all drivers in the U.S.: a valid driver's license, proof of identity, full coverage auto insurance, a security deposit, and compliance with our age and driving history policies. Age and Driving History Requirements: Minimum Age: You must be at least 23 years old to rent a vehicle. Driving History: Any DUI convictions or license restrictions must be disclosed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion based on your driving history. Insurance Requirements (U.S. Drivers): You must have a full coverage auto insurance policy that includes comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage. The minimum coverage limits required are $100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000. If you're unsure about your current policy or don't meet these requirements, don't worry! We can guide you through the process to help you get the necessary coverage. This usually takes less than 10 minutes and typically costs under $50—much less than purchasing insurance through us. Security Deposit: A variable security deposit is required for all vehicle rentals. The amount depends on the specific vehicle and is payable by credit card. For Drivers Outside the U.S.: If you are an international driver, we will redirect your booking through Turo to ensure you have the necessary coverage. Note: Insurance is not required for Private Drivers, Private Jets, and Photoshoot bookings, as our drivers and staff are already insured. Full coverage auto insurance, a security deposit, and compliance with our age and driving history policies are only necessary if you are renting a vehicle.

All transactions are conducted at one of our fixed locations, either in Ashburn or Chantilly. For security and peace of mind, contracts are signed, and all verification are completed in a secure area equipped with CCTV. At this time, we do not offer vehicle delivery to other locations.
